1. Application under Section 430 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha
Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘B.N.S.S.’) (old Section 389 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973) read with Section 528 of B.N.S.S. (old
Section 482 of Cr.PC) has been filed on behalf of the Appellant, Mustafa
Tyagi for grant of Suspension of Sentence and for grant of Interim Bail for
sixty days in FIR No.342/2012 under Section 147/148/149/307/429/34 of
the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 25/27/54/59 of the Arms Act,
registered at Police Station Hari Nagar, Delhi.
