1. This criminal misc. petition under Section 528 BNSS (Section
482 of Cr.P.C.) has been preferred claiming the following reliefs:-

“It is, therefore, most humbly and respectfully
prayed that this misc. petition may kindly be allowed
and impugned order dated 26.08.2022 passed by
Superintendent of Police, Churu may kindly be
quashed and set aside
Any other appropriate order or direction which
this Hon’ble Court deems just and proper may kindly
be passed in favour of the petitioner.”
