1. In terms of order of this Court, the opposite party no.2/Smt. Neelam is present before this Court who has been duly identified by Shri Nagendra Pratap Singh, Advocate who has also filed Vakalatnama in Court today on her behalf which is taken on record. The revisionist is not present though he ought to be.
2. The revisionist has also not complied with terms of order dated 10.07.2025 whereby his interest was protected by this Court which includes depositing entire arrears of maintenance due and monthly maintenance fixed by the Family Court by means of order under challenge which according to learned counsel for the revisionist is more than Rs.1,00,000/-.
3. In the aforesaid background of this case, this Court proceeded to hear the case on merits.
