01. 1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement
(Virtual /Physical Mode).
2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the
records.
3. This application under Section 528 B.N.S.S., 2023 has
been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the entire
criminal proceeding in Rayagada P.S.Case No.55 of 2012
corresponding to G.R.Case No.273 of 2012 pending in the
court of the learned S.D.J.M., Paralakhemujndi for alleged
commission of offences under Sections 147, 148, 379,
336,506, 436, 149, 294, 427 of Indian Penal Code read with
Section 25/27 of Arms Act.
