1. These Special Leave Petitions assail the common order

dated 04.10.2024 passed by the High Court for the State of

Telangana at Hyderabad in Civil Revision Petition

Nos.1129/2024, 1092/2024 and 1099/2024.

2. Being aggrieved by the said common order, the

petitioner who is the wife of the respondent has filed

Reason: these Special Leave Petitions.

3. Learned counsel for the respective parties submitted

that during the pendency of these Special Leave Petitions

before this Court, the parties have explored the

possibility of arriving at a settlement and have filed a

Settlement Agreement. The parties have decided to part ways

and seek dissolution of their marriage by a decree of

divorce by mutual consent under Section 13B of the Hindu

Marriage Act, 1955. Therefore, on the basis of the

Settlement Agreement dated 04.08.2025, the parties have

filed a joint application under Article 142 of the

Constitution of India.
