The PSI of Puttenahalli Police Station has filed charge
sheet against accused for the offences punishable U/s. 323,
341, 353, 504, 506 of IPC.
2. The brief facts of the prosecution case are as
follows:-
It is alleged that, the, Cw.1 is working as Traffic Head
Constable at Puttenahalli Police Station, as per the instigation
of Cw-10 he was on duty on 12.04.215 at 15 th Cross Junction,
33rd Main, JP Nagar 6th Phase, within the jurisdiction of JP
Judgment 3 C.C.No.4613/2019
nagar Police Station, from 2.00pm in the afternoon till 1.00pm
in the night, at that time, in spite of giving stop signal, the
accused being driver of Pulsar two wheeler vehicle bearing No.
KA-05-ET-5373 violated signal an moved further, when the
same was questioned by the Cw1, the accused abused him in
filthy language, further accused caught hold of the collar of
the Cw.1 and wrongfully restrained him from moving further,
Further, in furtherance of your common intention, the accused
slapped Cw.1 on his face, punched on his stomach and pushed
him down and caused hurt to a government servant and deter
him from his duty. Further, the accused in furtherance of your
common intention used criminal force on government servant
and deter him to perform his duty and given life threat to the
Cw.1 and thereby the accused has committed the above said
alleged offences which are punishable U/s. 332, 341, 353,
504, 506 of IPC.
