Learned senior counsel for the respondents, Mr. Colin Gonsalves is
appearing through video conferencing.
This appeal has been preferred by the Officer-in-Charge, Imphal
Police Station against the respondent/accused. However, the proceeding in FIR
129(05) 2022 Imphal P.S. is under Section 120-B, 121, 121-A, 123, 400 IPC and
Section 17 & 18 UA(P) Act, 1967.
Learned Advocate General in the meanwhile submits the scope of
Diary, which has to be maintained according to the procedure which is indicated
in Section 172 Cr.PC read with Section 43D(5) of the UA(P) Act, 1967.
However, keeping in view the submission which is made by learned
Advocate General, it is deemed appropriate that these matters would be listed
on 20.08.2025.

Whereas, keeping in view the submission which is made by the
learned Advocate General, it is deemed appropriate that if any interim order is in
force, the same shall be extended till the next date of hearing.
