This judgment arise out of claim petition filed by
the claimant against respondents under Section
166 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (hereinafter
referred as “Act”) praying to award compensation
in respect of the injuries sustained in the road
traffic accident occurred on 18.12.2023.
2. The case of the claimant in nutshell is
that:

On 18.12.2023 at about 06.30pm, the
petitioner was a pedestrian walking on the left side of
the footpath road on Madanapalle – Rayacholy Main
Road, (NH-340), near Ramalayam Temple, Daddala
varipaale Village, H/o Cherlopalle Village,
Gurramakonda Mandal, Annamayya District, Andhra
Pradesh a Car bearing Reg.No.AP-04-BB-9279 being
driven by its driver in a rash and negligent manner,
so as to endangering human life and dashed against
the petitioner and caused the accident. Due to
impact the petitioner fell down and sustained
injuries.
