These writ petitions have been filed by the petitioners
pointing out that the 1st petitioner is a trust and the 2nd petitioner
is a medical college run by the 1st petitioner trust, seeking to
challenge Ext.P6 common order issued by the Labour Court under
the provisions of Section 33C(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act,
1947 (for short ‘the Act’).
