⚖ About the Role:
We are looking for motivated Senior Legal Associates to join our dynamic team under the guidance of CA Mohit Chawla (FCA, DISA, CPA), a seasoned Insolvency Professional and Liquidator for listed companies.
You’ll work hands-on in:
• Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) matters before NCLT, NCLAT, Supreme Court of India and other various High Courts / Tribunals
• CIRP advisory and documentation
• Contract drafting and legal vetting
• Preparation of minutes for COC/SCC meetings
• Drafting Petitions/Applications/l
• Legal Opinions and Compliance Documentation

• Strong interest in insolvency law and corporate restructuring
• Good command of legal drafting and corporate communication
• Ability to handle assignments independently with guidance
• Commitment to timelines and ethical standards.
