About the Internship
T&S LAW is looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, stickler for perfection, can follow Companies Act 2013 and passionate individual eager to gain practical experience in the Capital Market.
Eligibility
1. 5th-year law student and Graduated Law students (for students in the 4th year or below, we have a separate Internship policy so please do not apply here)
2. Strong legal research and drafting skills
2. Interest in Capital Market
3. Self-motivated and capable of working independently
4. Quick Grasper of Knowledge with practical implementation
Responsibilities
1. Conducting CIBIL & Promoter watchout, legal research, and drafting
2. Assisting with IPR Due Diligence, Investment Chapters
3. Legalities of Appointment of directors and other legalities as per Companies Act 2013

NOIDA (On Site)
