1. The instant criminal misc. application has been filed on
behalf of the petitioner seeking correction in the order dated
07.08.2025 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Petition No.3952/2023.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the
aforementioned order, due to typographical errors in the order
dated 07.08.2025, in para 2 and 3 at page No.3, inadvertently,
instead of Inspector General of Police, Superintendent of Police
was mentioned and in para 4 and 5, FIR No.157/2023 and
Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 341, 342, 382 and 326 of the IPC
are mentioned instead of FIR No.102/2023 and Sections 452, 323,
427 and 354 of the IPC, respectively which needs to be rectified.
3. In light of such submission and for the reasons mentioned in
the application, the same is allowed.

4. Accordingly, in the aforesaid order dated 07.08.2025, in para
2 and 3 at page No.3, the words “Superintendent of Police” be
read as “Inspector General of Police” and in para 4, “FIR
No.157/2023” be read as “FIR No.102/2023” and in para No.5,
“Sections 143, 147, 148, 323, 341, 342, 382 and 326 of the IPC”
be read as “Sections 452, 323, 427 and 354 of the IPC”.
5. The present order shall be a part and parcel of the order
dated 07.08.2025.
