following order:-

“This writ petition is filed seeking a
direction to the respondents to continue
contractual engagement of the petitioners.

Indisputably, the petitioners have been
appointed through a private placement agency
with no privity of contract with the official
respondents. In view thereof, learned counsel
for the respondents has raised a preliminary
objection as to entitlement of the petitioners for
the relief claimed for in view of the order of this
Court dated 23.05.2025 passed in the case of
Ram Khilari and Others Vs. State of
Rajasthan and Others
: S.B. Civil Writ
Petition No.14835/2021.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays
for and is granted time to complete his
instructions.

Today, learned counsel for the petitioners does not dispute

that they were appointed through a private placement agency with

no privity of contract with the official respondents and the issue

involved herein is no more res integra and stands resolved against

them by this Court vide order dated 23.05.2025 passed in the

case of Ram Khilari & Ors. (supra).

In view thereof, this civil writ petition is dismissed. Pending

application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
