1. Learned counsel for the defendant No. 2 and 3 has submitted
that as per the two sale deeds executed in their favour i.e. Exhibit A
and Exhibit A/1 respectively, the consideration amount was
Rs.20,000/- and Rs.25,000/- respectively and in the deed itself it was
mentioned that Rs.10,000/- only was paid at the time of registration
and the remaining amount was to be paid later on. He has submitted
that under such circumstances, the balance amount having been paid
later on. the payment is in good faith and therefore, there is no
violation of Section 19(b) of the Specific Relief Act.
