We have heard the learned counsel

appearing for the appellant and the learned

counsel appearing for the respondent.

The appellant apprehends his arrest in

connection with Crime No.568/2023, registered

at Police Station Dehat, District Ashok

Nagar, for the offences punishable under

Sections 307, 341, 294, 323 and 34 of the

Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 25 and

27 of the Arms Act, 1959.

Inasmuch as the injured witness has been

discharged from the hospital, and the
