Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act and Section 75
of the J.J. Act pending before the Court of learned Judge,
Special (POCSO) Court, Murshidabad at Berhampore.

Learned Advocate for the State submits that the victim
under serial no.15 of the memo of evidence has been served. The
victim under serial nos.13 and 14 of the memo of evidence could
not be served as yet. As regards the victims who are residents of
Bangladesh, steps have been taken for effecting service through
Secretary, Department of Home and Hill Affairs on 8th August,
2025. However, no service return has yet been received. He
seeks accommodation.

August, 2025 along with annexed documents is kept with the
record.
Victim under serial no.15 of the memo of evidence is
represented.
