3. The present appeals are filed assailing the common judgment
dated 5th July, 2022, passed by High Court of Kerala at Ernakulam
in a batch of criminal appeals 1. For the sake of convenience, the
details of the appeals as preferred are reproduced hereinbelow: –
3.1 SLP (Crl.) No. 11180 of 2023 has been preferred by State of
Kerala against the judgment in Criminal Appeal Nos. 765 of
2015 and 802 of 2015, whereby, Rajeev and Francis (Accused
No. 1 and 2) were acquitted of the charges under Sections
366A and 376(2)(g) of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 2.
