About the Environment Law and Development Foundation
The Environment Law and Development Foundation (ELD Foundation) is a registered charitable trust engaged in strengthening environmental governance through research, education, advocacy, and institutional strengthening for the last 21 years. Our work spans across climate change; biodiversity; disaster mitigation; forests and forest rights; water; livelihood rights; oceans and coasts; wildlife and protected areas; and renewable energy, amongst others.
Our flagship Environmental Law Quarterly ‘Paryavidhi’ breaks down complex legal developments and Court orders for the public through articles, policy watch and news from courts sections. Our diverse readership comprises the judiciary, lawyers, regulators, policy makers, government officials, academicians and students.
We are delighted to invite submissions for its upcoming edition of “Paryavidhi”, our flagship Environmental Law Quarterly. We welcome original articles and commentaries from researchers, academicians and practicing lawyers to enrich the Environmental Law discourse.
