common, they are being tagged.

Learned counsels for the respective parties submit that the

controversy involved herein is no more res integra and stands

resolved by a coordinate Bench order of this Court dated

11.08.2014 passed in the case of Arun Choudhary & Ors.

versus State & Ors.: SB Civil Writ Petition No.5255/2013

and other connected matters. They, therefore, pray for disposal of

the writ petitions in terms thereof.

Ordered accordingly.

Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.

The respondents are directed to issue relieving order to the

petitioners within twenty four hours so as to enable them to join

the new place of posting immediately thereafter.
