to set aside and/or cancel the Gazatte Notification dated
27th April, 2018 to The West Bengal Nursing Personnel
(Recruitment) Rules, 2015;
(c ) A Writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the
Respondent Authorities particularly Respondent No. 1 to 3
and/or their agents and/or associates and/or subordinates
not to give effect the Gazatte Notification dated 27th April,
2018 to The West Bengal Nursing Personnel (Recruitment)
Rules, 2015, till the disposal of the instant Public Interest
Litigation.”
