1. As per office report dated 16.07.2025, notice of the present application has been served upon the opposite party no.2. However, no one appears on behalf of the opposite party no.2 nor any counter affidavit has been filed on his behalf.
2. Despite time granted, learned A.G.A. has not filed counter affidavit.
3. Heard counsel for the applicant and Sri Neeraj Kumar Sharma, learned AGA for the State. Perused the material on record.
4. The applicant was granted interim anticipatory bail vide order dated 18.6.2025 by the co-ordinate Bench of this Court. The order is quoted herein below;-
“1. Heard learned counsel for the applicant; learned A.G.A for the State and perused the record.
2. The instant Anticipatory Bail Application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant in Complaint Case No.195 of 2024, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 275, 120-B IPC and 8/22 NDPS and 18C, 18A(1), 27(B)(2), 27(D) of Drugs and Cosmetics Act, P.S. Kamla Nagar, District Agra, during pendency of trial.
