Ms. Chetna Latwal, learned counsel for the Petitioner.
2. Mr. S.S. Chauhan, learned DAG with Mr. Vikas
Uniyal, learned Brief Holder, for the State of Uttarakhand.
3. Learned State Counsel submits that the final report has
been filed in Case Crime No.64 of 2024, under Sections
120B, 420, 467, 468, 471, 504, and 506 of IPC, at Police
Station Shyampur, District Haridwar, which is challenged in
the present writ petition. In this regard, learned State Counsel
has filed the written instructions on behalf of Investigating
Officer, Police Station Shyampur, Haridwar. The same is
made part of the record.
4. In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed as
having infructuous.
