Eligibility Criteria
- LLB degree (3-year or 5-year program)
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Preferably male candidates
- Exposure to litigation and SARFAESI cases
- Willingness to travel to other cities as required
Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters and SARFAESI cases
- Appear before courts, tribunals, and forums as necessary
- Coordinate with external counsels and stakeholders
- Manage legal documentation, drafting, and case files
- Travel for handling cases outside Mumbai when required
