1. The present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik
Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 (earlier Section 482 of the Code of Criminal
Procedure, 19732) seeks quashing of FIR No. 636/20173 under Sections 323,
341, 354, 427, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 18604, registered at P.S.
Keshav Puram and all proceedings emanating therefrom. A chargesheet
under Sections 323, 341, 354, 427, 506 and 34 has also been filed against
the Petitioners.
