03/ 20.08.2025 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and

learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with
Complaint Case No. 1724 of 2023, registered for the alleged offence

under Sections 323, 498-A, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code
and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the Court of
learned C.J.M., Koderma.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that
the petitioner is the husband of the O.P. No. 2. He submits that
complainant-O.P. No. 2 is working at Koderma and the petitioner and

his son both are working at Bengaluru for earning their livelihood. He
further submits that the complainant insists the petitioner to reside at

Koderma, for that the dispute has arisen between the husband and wife.
