Position Details
- Role: Legal Manager
- Type: Full-time
- Location: Mumbai (with travel to other cities as part of role)
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree from a recognized university
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
- Exposure to litigation and SARFAESI cases
- Willingness to travel as required
Key Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters under the SARFAESI Act, 2002
- Assist with enforcement and recovery-related legal work
- Coordinate with external counsel, courts, and tribunals
- Support the company’s asset reconstruction and compliance functions
