NEUTRAL CITATION NO. 2025:MPHC-JBP:37931

Offences Wing, Bhopal under Sections 420, 467,468, 471 and 120
120-B of the

Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 66 C & 66 D of the Information

Technology Act, 2000. It is argued that initiation of criminal proceedings

and registration of an FIR is a manifest abuse of process of law. The nature

of dispute clearly falls within the domain of civil law and is devoid of the

essential ingredients necessary to constitute the offences alleged under the

Indian Penal Code and the Information Technology Act.
