1. Taking note of the facts stated in the affidavit filed in support the application (C.M. application No. 2 of 2025) seeking condonation of delay, which has not been opposed, the application is allowed.
2. Delay in filing the revision appeal is hereby condoned.

6. By means of the present revision, the revisionist has assailed the order dated 03.12.2024 passed by Second Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Hardoi (in short “Family Court’) in Criminal Misc. Case no. 409/2022 (Smt. Rinki and Ors. Vs. Vimal).
