At Burgeon Law, we’re seeking talented and driven professionals with strong experience in M&A, private equity, venture capital and corporate commercial transactions.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducting and supporting legal and compliance due diligence for various transactions;
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, including share purchase agreements, share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, employment contracts and a wide range of commercial contracts; and
- Providing strategic corporate advisory on matters relating to the Companies Act, FEMA and SEBI regulations and other applicable laws.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 4-6 years of post-qualification experience;
- Proven experience in handling transactional work; and
- Prior work experience in a law firm is mandatory.
