This judgment is emerged consequent upon the
petition filed by the petitioners U/S 166 of M.V. Act,
claiming compensation of Rs.1,00,00,000/- on account of
the death of Sankara Narayana Rao, in a road traffic
accident.
2. The case of the petitioners, in brief, is as follows:
On 30-05-2023 at about 8.00 a.m., the deceased
was proceeding in a motorcycle bearing No.AP-39-JN-
5117 on NH-205, V. Kota to Palamaner Highway, near
Devadoddi cross, within the limits of Baireddipalli PS,
Palamaner circle, Chittoor District, at that time the
driver of the Car bearing No.AP-03-BG-4182 came from
opposite side i.e., from Palamaner side at high speed, in
a rash and negligent manner, came extreme right side of
the road and dashed against the motorcycle of the
deceased and caused the accident. Due to the impact,
deceased sustained grievous injuries all over the body
and died on the spot.
