Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in law from a recognised university OR master’s degree in law.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in handling banking-related cases.
• Strong knowledge of banking laws, regulations, RBI guidelines and practices.
• Familiarity with banking products and services.
• Excellent drafting and litigation skills.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and handle cases filed against the bank in various courts, tribunals and forums.
• Provide legal advice and support to various departments within the bank on banking-related matters.
• Conduct research and analysis of legal issues, preparing opinions, reports and documents as required.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements and other legal documents related to banking
• Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and industry practices related to banking and financial services.
