Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with

Amas P.S. Case No. 196 of 2017 for the offences punishable

under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 341, 342, 427(A), 435,

436(A), 440, 504, 506 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and

Section 3/4 of Explosive Substance Act, 1908 and Section 13,

16, 18, 19, 20 and 38 of U.A.P. Act, 1967.

3. The allegation in the present case is that unknown

armed group of about 40 plus men detonated the main control

room of solar plant, situated at village Sawkala, District Gaya,

Bihar on 18.09.2017 and took hostage, two guards posted near

MCR were taken hostage, at gun point and assaulted the

employees.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case without

there being material to connect the petitioner with the alleged

occurrence. He is not named in the FIR. The name of the

petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused

Sanjay Das. It is further submitted that the petitioner is in

custody since 19.09.2022.

5. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the

case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on

bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties

of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1 Class,

Sherghati, District Gaya in connection with Amas P.S. Case No.

196 of 2017.
