1. This is an application under Section 151 of the Code of Civil
Procedure, 1908, filed by the Petitioner seeking stay of the show-cause
notice dated 23.12.2024 (‘SCN’) issued by the Respondents.

2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the reply to SCN will be
filed on or before 31.12.2024. He, however, prays that so as not to render the
Review Petition No. 434/2024 infructuous, the Respondents may be directed
to defer passing of the final order.

3. Mr. Shlok Chandra, learned counsel for Respondent No. 1 accepts
notice.

4. In view of the aforesaid submissions, the Respondents are directed to
defer passing of the final orders until 24.01.2025, i.e., the date already fixed
for hearing before this Court.

5. Petitioner shall ensure that its reply is filed on or before 31.12.2024.
