CRIMINAL PETITION Nos. 6846 and 6838 of 2016
COMMON ORDER:
These two Criminal Petitions have been filed
under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure,
1973 (for short, ‘Cr.P.C.) by the petitioners/accused
Nos.1 to 3, seeking to quash the proceedings against
them in C.C. No.530 of 2012 on the file of the XVI
Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Hyderabad,
for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 474,
420 and 477 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code,
1860.
2. When these matters are taken up for hearing,
Mr.S.Someshwar Rao, learned counsel for the
petitioners in both the petitions, fairly submitted that
during the pendency of these two criminal petitions,
C.C. No.530 of 2012 was disposed vide judgment on
22.01.2025.
3. Ms.P.Sumalatha, learned counsel, representing
Mr.Vladimeer Khatoon, learned counsel for

respondent No.2/de facto complainant in both the
petitions has not disputed the same.
4. By virtue of the disposal of the main C.C., this
Court is of the considered view that cause in the
present criminal petitions does not survive.
5. Accordingly, both the criminal petitions are
dismissed as infructuous.
Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall
stand closed.
