Heard Mr. Ansul, learned senior counsel for the
petitioner and Mr. Vishwanath Prasad Sinha, learned senior
counsel appearing for the Economic Offence Unit.
2. The accused/petitioner seeks bail in connection
with Economic Offence Unit, Bihar, Patna P.S. Case No.6 of
2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections
420, 467, 468, 471, 120-B read with 34 of the Indian Penal
Code (in short ‘IPC’), under Sections 3 and 10 of the Bihar
Conduct Examination Act, 1981 as well as Section 66 of the
Information Technology Act, 2000.
