              CRIMINAL PETITION No.10471 of 2025
ORDER:

1. This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya

Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (for short ‘BNSS’) by the

petitioner/accused No.3 seeking to quash the proceedings against

him in Crime No.600 of 2023 of Madhapur Police Station, Cyberabad

Commissionerate, registered for the offences punishable under

Sections 386, 467, 468, 419, 420, 170, 171 of IPC and Sections 25

& 27 of Arms Act.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant

Public Prosecutor has submitted that instructions have been

received from the Sub-Inspector of Police, Madhapur Police Station,

Cyberabad Commissionerate vide letter dated 18.08.2025 stating

that charge sheet has been filed in this case before the Court of X

Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, Kukatpally and hence, the cause

in the criminal petition would not survive and the same would

become infructuous.

3. On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitioner sought

permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

4. Permission, as prayed for, is accorded.

5. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.

6. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall

stand closed.
