The Co-ordinate Bench of this Court had passed a
decree of possession of the suit land comprised in Khewat
No.43 min, Khatauni No.102, Khasra No. 1635 in favour of the
plaintiff and against the defendants in R.S.A. No.657 of 2008
along with Cross-objections No. 259 of 2009. The defendants
were directed to demolish the wall raised by them on the suit
land, if so desired, within a period of two weeks from the date
of the decree, failing which the plaintiff was held entitled to
the possession of the suit land with all annexures made to it,
including the wall raised by the defendants.
