1. This application for bail under Section 483 B.N.S.S. has been
filed by the applicant who has been arrested in connection with
F.I.R. No.182/2025 registered at Police Station Goverdhan Vilas
(Udaipur), for the offences punishable under Sections 115(2),
126(2), 109(1), 324(4) of B.N.S. and 4/25 of Arms Act.
2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned Public
Prosecutor. Perused the material available on record.
3. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the allegation
has been leveled against him for using a sword however, the
injury reports of Manoj Kumar and Vikram Meena will reveal that
all the injuries are shown to be of blunt weapon and rather the
medical jurist has opined that all the injuries are simple in nature.
Thus, the applicant has been falsely implicated and deserves to be
enlarged on bail.
4. Per contra, learned Public Prosecutor vehemently opposes
the bail application and submits that the sword was used with an

intention to threaten the life of the complainant and also
considering the fact that there are a number of cases pending
against the applicant, the applicant does not deserve to be
enlarged on bail.
5. Having considered the rival submissions, facts and
circumstances of the case, as also the fact that all the injuries are
found simple in nature and the applicant is behind the bars since
19.06.2025, therefore, this Court is of the opinion that the bail
application filed by the applicant deserves to be accepted.
6. Consequently, the bail application under Section 483
B.N.S.S. is allowed. It is ordered that the accused-petitioner
Shalin S/o Shri Govind Singh, arrested in connection with F.I.R.
No.182/2025 registered at Police Station Goverdhan Vilas
(Udaipur), shall be released on bail, if not wanted in any other
case, provided he furnishes a personal bond of Rs.50,000/- and
two sureties of Rs.25,000/- each, to the satisfaction of learned
trial court, for his appearance before that court on each & every
date of hearing and whenever called upon to do so till completion
of the trial.
7. It is however, made clear that findings recorded/observations
made above are for limited purposes of adjudication of bail
application. The trial court shall not get influenced by the same.
