The plaintiff has filed the present application being GA/1/2024
praying for judgment upon admission.
Counsel for the defendant submits that the defendant has also
taken out an application under Order VII Rule 11 of the Code of Civil
Procedure and prays for leave for short service so that both the applications
can be taken up together for hearing.

the learned counsel for the plaintiff in open Court today.
