1. The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-
10.i To kindly call for the records of the case from the
respondents.

10.ii To kindly direct the Waqf Board to initiate proceedings
under Section 52 of the Waqf Act, 1995 in consequence of the
order dated 24/12/2020 (Annexure P/1)
10.iii To kindly quash the proceedings initiated before the
learned Waqf Tribunal vide Case no. 4A/2021. (Annexure P/2).
10.iv To kindly make any other order that may be deemed fit and
just in the facts and circumstances of the case including
awarding of the costs to the petitioner.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the
petitioners may be permitted to make legal submission before the
learned Tribunal.
3. No objection from other side.
4. Permission granted.
5. The petitioners would be at liberty to raise all available defence before
the learned Tribunal.
6. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
