1. This is an application for condonation of a delay of 57 days in
filing the Appeal against the impugned Judgment dated 14-11-2023, passed
by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Garo Hills District,
Williamnagar, in G.R. Case No. 21 of 2018, and subsequently upheld by
the learned Sessions Judge, Williamnagar, East Garo Hills, Meghalaya in
Criminal Appeal No. 01 of 2024 vide Judgment and Order dated 16-12-
2024.
2. We have perused the application for condonation, and we are
satisfied that sufficient cause has been made out in explaining the delay.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents, also has no objection to
the condonation, as prayed.
4. Accordingly, the prayer is allowed and the delay of 57 days, is
condoned. Registry to diarize and register the Appeal.
