respondents in not removing the illegal encroachment on the land
of Khasra number, as described in the memo of the writ petition,
recorded in the revenue record as “Gair Mumkin Johad” despite
submission of legal notice.

the case of Jagdish Prasad Meena & Ors. versus
State of Rajasthan & Ors.: DB Civil Writ Petition
(PIL) No.10819/2018.
