      Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the
circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be
pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of
Writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondents in not considering the
petitioner candidature in Andhra Pradesh District Selection Committee-2025
recruitment (AP DSC) under SC (Budaga Jangam) category basing on the
caste certificate held by her as per the merit secured by the petitioner in the
test conducted by the 7th respondent., as illegal, arbitrary and unjust., and
consequently direct the respondents to consider the petitioner candidature in
Andhra Pradesh District Selection Committee-2025 recruitment (AP DSC)
under SC (Budaga Jangam) category basing on the caste certificate held by
her as per the merit secured by the petitioner and pass

      Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated
in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to
consider the petitioner candidature in Andhra Pradesh District Selection
Committee-2025 recruitment (AP DSC) under SC (Budaga Jangam) category
basing on the caste certificate held by her as per the merit secured by the
petitioner., and pass

The Court made the following order:

      Heard.

      Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that, in a similar case, this
Court has passed an interim order in W.P.No.22173/2025 on 22.08.2025 and
prayed to consider this case also in the similar lines on the ground of parity.
           Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that similar orders may be
passed.

          Taking the submissions into consideration, this Court is inclined to pass the
interim order of interim order passed in W.P.No.22173/2025 on the grounds of
parity.

          Accordingly, the respondents are directed to consider the case of
petitioner unless and until his caste certificate is cancelled in accordance with
law.
