1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that identical
petition being S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.2897/2024
(Pradeep Kumar Kandoi Vs. Union of India and Anr.) has
been allowed by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order
dated 12.09.2024.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that an FIR came
to be lodged against the petitioners on 10.08.2016 being FIR
No.183/2016 in Police Station Padampur, District Sri Ganganagar
[2025:RJ-JD:38113] (2 of 5) [CW-15085/2025]
and after inquiry, the Investigating Officer had filed a negative
final report. He further prays that similar order be passed in
petitioners’ case also.
