1. First Petition under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha
Sanhita, 2023 (hereinafter referred to as ‘B.N.S.S.’) [Section 439 of the
Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C)] has been filed on behalf of the
Applicant/Sapna to seek Regular Bail in Case FIR No. 273/2023 under
Section 21 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985
(hereinafter referred to as ‘NDPS’) registered at Police Station Crime
Branch, Delhi.
2. The Applicant has submitted that she had filed an Application for Bail
before the learned ASJ, which has been dismissed vide Order dated
17.04.2025.
