These Criminal Appeals have been filed challenging the

common order of the learned Principal District Judge, Karur, dated

27.11.2024, made in Crl.M.P.Nos.862 and 870 of 2024 in Spl.SC No.08

of 2024.

2.The appellants in Crl.A(MD) No.646 of 2025 are the

accused Nos.2 and 3 and the appellants in Crl.A(MD) No.647 of 2025

are the accused Nos.4 and 5.

3.As per the case of the prosecution the first accused and the

defacto complainant have been in love with each other and during that

time, on the compulsion of the first accused and on the pretext of

marrying her, the defacto complainant was subjected to repeated sexual

intercourse with him. When the defacto complainant and her family

members insisted the first accused to marry her, he refused to marry.
