. Heard learned Counsel for the parties.
2. This Application is filed by the Respondent Nos.20 to 24 raising
preliminary objection to the tenability of the Appeal on the ground that against
the impugned order passed by the learned Adhoc District Judge-3, Nagpur in
reference proceeding under Section 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 (for
2/9 Order.cafst.12234.2024 in fa.1170.2024.odt
short, ‘the Act’) no Appeal under Section 54 of the Act is not tenable and
secondly on the ground of deficit court-fees.
