circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be
pleased to issue any Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the
nature of Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining proceedings
Rc.No.11025(37)/257/2023 e-2255673 dated 04.12.2024 (impugned Order)
issued by the 2nd Respondent and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary,
perverse, mala-fide, misconception. Capricious, passed with Non application
of mind and in contravention of the provisions of the Urban Areas
Development Act, 1975 and subsequent Andhra Pradesh Metropolitan Region
and Development Authorities Act, 2016, Andhra Pradesh (Andhra Area) Inams
(Abolition and Conversion into Ryotwari) Act, 1956, A.P.Survey and
boundaries Act, 1923, as well as the order dated 29.08.2024 of the High Court
in WP.No. 10303 of 2024 apart from being violative of the fundamental and
constitutional right guaranteed to me under Article 14, 19, 21 and 300A of the
Constitution of India and Consequently direct the 1®^ Respondent, to conduct
a detailed enquiry based on the show cause notice issued in Rc.No.11
025(37)/257/2023 e-2255673 dated 01-07-2024.
