Eligibility

  • Strong academic background in Law
  • Demonstrated expertise in teaching and/or research (depending on track)
  • Ability to contribute to York Law School’s distinctive, student-centred approach to legal education

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the teaching of undergraduate and postgraduate law programmes
  • (ART Track) Undertake high-quality research and produce impactful publications
  • (T&S Track) Focus on pedagogical innovation and scholarship of learning and teaching
  • Supervise students and support their academic development
  • Contribute to the wider academic and administrative life of York Law School
