The Board of Directors have, vide their resolution passed through circulation on January 06, 2025, noted and accepted her resignation.
“My experience at the Company has been an incredible learning experience, and | am truly grateful for the opportunities, support, and guidance provided to me during my tenure by the Board and the Senior Management of the Company,” Aashhima V Khanna in her resignation letter.
She is relieved from the services of the Company with effect from the close of business hours on January 06, 2025.
